I am pleased to tell you how much I enjoyed the performance of Iolanthe and Patience at the Malvern Festival Theatre last week, the much, as always, was magical and the choreography first class. The clarity and enunciation of the libretto gave additional enjoyment as well as the superb voices which surely has recruited more fans for Carl Rosa.

No part of the production could be faulted. The set was interesting, based on the original D'Oyly Carte production, and the costumes were colourful...the acting was marvellous, bringing laughter from the audience. The singing was excellent and the various voices blended really well...I am sure that all those present really enjoyed the evening.
